Where the Wild Things Are
Illustrator Cory Godbey invited many artists and illustrators to be part of his project Terrible Yellow Eyes.
Cory’s aim was to build a compilation of readings on the work of author and illustrator Maurice Sendak, creator of Where the Wild Things Are. All works were collected and delivered to a website on the anniversary of mr. Sendak, as a tribute. Amazing artists like Alberto Cerriteño, Barnaby Ward, Pascal Campion, Peter de Sève and many oyhers were invited.
This one was the work of Estabelecimento, on which Cory wrote:
“Renato Faccini does some terribly beautiful digital collages. I do not know how but with every single piece he does out himself.”
The website http://www.terribleyelloweyes.com had a lot of buzz all around.
Thanks a lot Cory!
